The Impact Movement equips Black students to become disciples of Jesus. We envision each community of African descent in Santa Barbara fulfilling its destiny as a reflection of the redemptive power of Jesus Christ. We invite students to become astute learners and teachers of the Scriptures - growing deeper and wider in knowledge of the text through reading, studying, and meditating. We encourage students to live their lives within the context of a group of people who foster intentional, transparent, honest, and loving relationships that reveal the very nature of God to one another and the world.
